400 gr of beef

1 egg

1 glass of milk

2 slices of bread

30 gr of flour

20 gr of mustard sauce

30 gr of tomato sauce

Fresh parsley

Chopped garlic

Ground black pepper

To prepare these meatballs, start by mashing the meat in your processor. To do this, use the multifunction blade.

1. Put the minced meat, egg, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.

2. Knead until a homogeneous dough is left.

3. Add salt and pepper.

4. Before scooping the mixture, let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.

5. In a separate container, put the slices of bread and cover them with milk.

6. Prepare some balls, shape them with your hands, then pass them through the flour.

You have the meatball mixture ready! If you want it to be even more unique, add grated cheese or nuts to prepare unforgettable meatballs.

Prepare the sauce.

While the meat dough is resting, clean the Food Processor and mix the egg with the glass of milk, mustard, and tomato sauce. Next, dip the slices of bread in milk and put them in the robot. Garnish with minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

Cook the meatballs.

Put plenty of oil in a pan, keep the heat high to cook the meatballs, on the outside only.

Once you have the fried meatballs, put them in a pan, add the sauce previously made, and keep over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve and garnish with fresh parsley. Now you can enjoy your meatballs!
